"This laptop was purchased a year ago and crashed 3 days after the date of purchase and had to be redoner as far as dumping the memory and starting over. Needless to say I was not pleased. The warranty had just run out and I had to pay for the service over the phone which was nominal at best for completely reloading the computer.I did it myself after the initial call. I wish they had warned me and offered a continuation of service plan for the computer. I do like the computer. It's got great grapics and nice key board."

"This is my fourth Satellite Toshiba Laptop. At first I got a bad battery pack, after a new battery pack replacement, it runs up to 4hrs for movie and close to 9:30hrs for stand by. the performance is no down about it. Great laptop!"
