"I'm always so excited by a new laptop. The thrill of the new keys and features, coupled with the upgrade to Windows 7, held promise of fun things to come. I love the sleek, little red notebook. But problems began almost immediately. The keys would not operate properly. Some keys took three or four touches (poking, hammering) to respond. Finally, some keys failed to react at all. So after less than a month in our house, I was forced to send the laptop in for repairs and was without it for a week. (Do I need to explain "down time?") It came back a couple days ago and really worked much better than it did fresh off the shelf. I say better because, I still find the keys a bit difficult - especially when a shift is included. Aren't you glad you asked what I thought?"

"I got this laptop last week, and when i got it i wiped it and put windows 7Ultimate on it,.. and went to Toshiba's driver site which is perfect and to the point. Installed all the drivers that were on there originally, The Facial Recognition is a nice tool. It runs pretty quick (cause the 3GB of RAM),.. the only thing i disliked about getting this computer is, No CD rom drive.... (but you can easily get an External one for around 70bucks) And the speakers aren't to great, (so if you're going to be listening to music external speakers are helpful Also the battery life says 9.27 but it's really around 4 hours still okay though and the mouse was a little touchy after the install but it was fixed quickly by installing the synaptic touchpad driver that they host on the website of Toshiba support"
