"It has a good solid feel. Nice finish that hides fingerprints. The i7-2620M puts out alot of heat under load, which this larger Tecra handles well. The docking station is the best feature for me. I can carry this around, and when I get home, I have a 22" monitor and full size keyboard that I dock it with."

"Forgot to mention ... AC adapter to R850 constantly slips causing frequent charging of battery. This may contribute to poor performance of optical drive and mouse. I'm tired of hearing Ding, Ding, Ding ... Angelo, Los Angeles"

"This laptop is used in business and has all of the bells and whistles that are needed to make me extremely proficient. The only issues I have are with the fingerprint reader and the Face Recognition program. Both need more work or better instructions for their use."

"I was pleasantly surprised on how fast I received my laptop. The computer is for my son away at school but he loves it. He had gotten a different Toshiba for his birthday about 8 months ago but this newer one was an upgrade and he loves it even more. Toshiba has quality merchandise and I will continue to buy this brand."

"So far I am happy with Toshiba - This computer has been great! The only issues I have had are: 1. the junk software installed that want you to buy additional services and 2. the keyboard. I love having the keypad on the side however the space bar is a little out of place from standard keyboards so I am having to go back and add spaces quite often. Hopefully, this is just time in getting used to it!"

"This is my third Toshiba. I have had 2 Tecras. Happy with those. Not happy with the key pad on the side. This limits the size of the key board. Because the key pad is small, I am constantly adjusting my hands and retyping."
