"I have had this TV for 4 months and had read reviews on it before I bought it. I read many comments about sound quality being an issue. Since I have owned this TV never a problem. I am just blown away at the incredibly beautiful picture quality."

"We bought our new Toshiba 46VX700U in January, and enabled the wireless network support right away. Setup was not too difficult; though some of the config options are not where you would expect, based on the menu headers. One must tinker with the audio settings in order to get adequate mid-range volume for voices to sound decent (news casts & movie dialogue). Image quality is outstanding; on par with my Sony Bravia XBR, which costs almost twice as much. The big complaint is with the internet TV support; the Netflix app only allows the user to watch what they have already placed in the instant queue from another device (PC or game system); and the audio begins to deteriorate after about 20-30min of viewing even standard-def shows on Netflix or Vudu. I can pull up the same episode on the PS3 in the other room and it plays just fine; so it's definately the Toshiba that's having the problem... Acts like a memory buffering issue, and still no patches available to resolve the problem. too bad; because it's a nice effort at net TV support; just needs a bit more tweaking to be as good as a Roku XDS or Tivo Premiere in net TV quality."

"The wireless feature works great with a strong signal (router in the next room) and faster internet speeds. Pandora is working great.. Now to try the high definition video rentals via wifi...."

"Looks great! Integrated wireless was a snap to set up. No AVI Support little bit of a bummer and slight hot spots while full black on screen but nothing that is noticable while watching real video. Great Color, good black levels, awesome video processing and nice size all make this one a winner!"

"Never have owned a Toshiba before, but the price was right when I was out to buy a tv. Seems like the wifi card isn't the best, but could be due to my low bandwidth cable internet. I had the lowest tier cable internet speed, and it seems this affected the wifi connectivity when trying to access pandora on my TV. One thing to note- I found an option to strengthen the wifi card's signal in the TV's network menu, which seemed to improve signal. I will be getting the fastest internet speed available through my ISP soon and will update my review after I test using the wifi again. I will also test the quality of accessing the internet through the ethernet connection. (Sounds like the previous person who reviewed this TV based everything on the WiFi card, that's a biased review). Aside from the wifi, the tv is magnificent; extremely slim, only weighs ~50 lbs, picture is excellent. Sound is not the best but decent enough (lacks bass); this can be improved by adding surround sound, etc. I still haven't played with the sound settings so there may be room for improvement- either way I intend on buying a center speaker bar. I am very satisfied with my TV purchase and do not have buyers remorse whatsoever. I rated this buy as a 5, and features as a 4 (because of wifi card)-- you buy a tv to watch it and it performs well."

"The Network set-up says its connected but widgets and net tv button says "System is loading. Please wait a moment." and the widget menu never comes up. i have had the tv for less than a month and it did work for a few days. I signed up and watched three Netflix movies. But now it no longer works. And you can't update the firmware because it requires internet connection to do so!! No net, no ability to update!"
